Who we are

Auto Growth builds and runs the complete marketing system for automotive businesses: ads, CRM, automations and websites. Our clients — detailers, tuners, valeters and repair centres — would rather be under a bonnet than inside an ad account, so we take the whole thing off their hands.

The founder is based in Sydney. The UK client book needs a leader who is awake, available and accountable on UK hours. That's the job.

What you'll actually do

  • Be the single point of contact for every UK client — Slack, email and phone.
  • Onboard new clients from deposit to launch, without anything falling through.
  • Record short monthly video reports and run mid-month check-ins.
  • Read ad and pipeline data, then brief media buyers on the fixes that matter.
  • Run quarterly review calls and lead upgrade conversations.
  • Keep tickets closed, boards current and a weekly scorecard in the founder's inbox.

What we're looking for

2+ years client-facing

In an agency, SaaS or marketing business — you've owned relationships, not just tickets.

Genuine marketing literacy

You know what CPL means, and you know what to do when it doubles overnight.

Warmth

Clients should finish a call with you feeling steadier than when they started.

Sharp communication

Fast, clear, friendly written English and confident spoken English on camera.

Self-managing

Real decision rights from week one — and the judgement to use them well.

Rock-solid setup

Fibre internet plus UPS, inverter or generator backup. Load-shedding can't take you offline.

Pay & terms

R45,000 – R60,000 per month

Full-time independent contractor.
